Event Description
The Black & White Reunion organizes and puts on an annual Summit Against Racism in order to raise awareness of the lingering problems of racism within the region of southwestern Pennsylvania. In addition, BW&R joins with other groups and participates with them in various efforts to eliminate racism in the Pittsburgh region.
This year the Black & White Reunion will again be holding its Summit Against Racism in its usual location at East Liberty Presbyterian Church on January 21, 2012, the Saturday following the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend.
