Event Description

Dear PHRN:

Purposeful Penny invites you to join us for an International Movie Night, Wednesday, February 29th, at 8:30 p.m. in Frick Fine Arts Auditorium, where we will be showing Invisible Children. This is the story of children in northern Uganda who, out of fear of being abducted... and forced into Joseph Kony's Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), walk hours every night to places of refuge.

In 2012, Purposeful Penny will continue to develop its partnership with Bright Kids Uganda, an organization directly helping disenfranchised children in and around Kampala, Uganda. We invite you to come and learn more about our work with Bright Kids, as well as our new project for girls’ education.

Donations are graciously accepted. We hope to see you at the movie night!

Best regards,
The Purposeful Penny team
