Sasha Lezhnev, who spoke at the 2010 Human Rights Arts Festival on conflict minerals and how our cell phones contribute to violence in the Congo, left for Africa shortly after he came and talked at our event. He recently sent out an email with some really great news on both the push to convince more Senators to sign onto the Senate Conflict Minerals Bill and also about the situation on the ground.
